Criteria Services is led by Mikel Torres, a software engineer with over 15 years of experience at companies such as Gureak, Irizar and PepsiCo.
We work with a network of AI agents that we've built and refined over time: they research, write code, test, review and document. Mikel directs the work and makes the decisions. That way we move at the pace of a team, without a team's bureaucracy.

Before the first meeting
You talk directly to the person who designs the solution. No intermediaries.
Is this a company-wide project?
We start with you, or with one key role. It's faster and the impact shows sooner. If it works and makes sense, we extend it to the rest of the team.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You tell us how you work and we take care of the technical side. We'll explain what we're doing without jargon.
What about data confidentiality?
We address it from day one. We choose tools that comply with your company's policies and, if needed, everything runs on your own systems.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what needs building. Once we've seen how you work, we'll send you a proposal with timings and a price. The first meeting is free of charge.
When will I see results?
We work in short deliveries. You'll usually have something useful up and running within a few weeks.
What if my IT team already has its own tools?
All the better. We build on what you already have and coordinate with IT when needed. We're not here to replace everything.
Which part of your week could we automate?
